After Your Heart Surgery
Reviews all instructions for home care following open heart surgery, including wound
healing, incision care, driving, exercise, and more.

Nutrition Class
Discuss "Low fat/low cholesterol/low salt" diets and what they mean for you. Includes tips for smart (heart healthy) shopping, understanding nutrition labels, suggestions fo rrecipe modifications and meal preparation.
Sunday, Tuesday, and Thursday 1:30 pm


Your Heart Matters
In this class, we discuss how the heart works, what it does, how disease develops, and how the disease makes the person feel. Covers coronary artery disease, valve disease, congestive heart failure, and different treatment options for medicine to surgery.
